Hello people and pooches. Joe the Cocker here. The hiking that we have been doing lately has been very limited. We have been following the government guidelines and walking from our front door and staying local. Hopefully, this will change shortly and we can venture further afield. Until then our blogs will be limited. On saying that, we have had an eventful couple of weeks. We passed the 1000 mile mark for the year. My humanβs t-shirt and beanie has arrived. My Country Walking Magazine 1000 mile medal has been delivered. Also, we have received medals and certificates from Karen, one of my avid followers. We also posted our photograph on Facebook celebrating our 1000 miles and received almost 1000 βlikesβ and hundreds of encouraging comments.
Our blog is only six months old and the response to it has overwhelmed us. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported and encouraged us. I have told my human dad that he needs to up his game and get his fitness level as high as mine so that he is ready for the hills when the restrictions are lifted. Meanwhile, here are a few photos of me and my awards.
Well done. I really need to add my mileage up but some how lost the plot when we entered lockdown.
